Their classmates prepare a concert, but it is threatened by a ban imposed by the high school principal, who says that students are not allowed to perform in public after 7 p.m. Zuzana lures the principal to Prague with a fake invitation, where he is to be awarded the Protectorate Order for his pedagogical merits. The Maskovaní banditi concert takes place, but the price the students pay is high...

The story of how it turned out when a young lawyer tried to intellectually elevate a cute dancer from Prague's bohemian milieu. Journalist Šmíd introduces his long-time lover, a cheerful but simple girl Fanynka, to his friend, a young lawyer. He decides to take good care of the girl, buying her gifts and even furnishing her with a nice apartment. When he is called up to the army, he asks his friend Šmíd to look after Fanynka for him. After all, he himself intends to employ her and educate her intellectually. He gives her the task of reading serious literature once a week, about which the girl is to give him extensive testimony in a letter. But Fanynka soon starts to get fed up with the intellectual diet...

The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things

Young Jeremiah lives in a stable environment with loving foster parents until the day his troubled mother, Sarah, returns to claim him. Renaissance short stories from the collection "Italy" are a variety of views from different backgrounds, linking theme of many forms of love, its tones and semitones, from bitterly ridiculous after tragic. Screenwriter Ján Števček that dramatically processed three Jégeho stories.
